This means if you upgrade to a premium account and are not happy with it for whatever reason, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. If you have been using our service longer, say for 9 months, and want a refund, we will refund your 9th month payment.
The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to domain name registration or other domain name services. Once you purchase your domain name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired. However, we can assist you in transferring or pointing your domain to the host of your choice. You can not return or exchange your domain, all sales are final.
